More Than a Business: The Story Behind RR Veteran Enterprises

How faith, family, service, and a belief in restoration shaped RRVE
Every business has a story. Some begin with an idea. Some begin with an opportunity. And some begin with a family simply wanting to build something meaningful together. For RR Veteran Enterprises, the story is a little bit of all three.
However, before RRVE was a real estate and construction company, it was a family.

Where It All Started
RR Veteran Enterprises was founded by Ryan Rogers, an Army veteran, husband, father, and builder. Throughout his life, Ryan has found himself in roles centered around service. From serving in the military during Operation Iraqi Freedom to working in construction, serving with the VA, and leading Camp Hope with the PTSD Foundation of America, his experiences have shaped the way he sees people, challenges, and opportunities.
Those experiences taught him the importance of discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and perhaps most importantly taking care of the people around you.
Ryan and his wife, Chelsa, are raising a family of six daughters. Over the years, the idea of building something that could provide for their family, create opportunities for future generations, and allow them to serve others became more than an idea, it became a vision, and that vision eventually became RRVE.
A Family Business in Every Sense of the Word
One of the things that makes RRVE different is that the family isn't simply part of the company's story.
The family is the company.
Ryan's father, Gary, brings decades of experience in maintenance and construction and serves as a Project Manager, helping oversee the construction side of the business. Chelsa plays an important role as co-owner and as the heart of the family behind RRVE.
The next generation is becoming part of the story too.
Ryan's second daughter and RRVE's Marketing Director, Harmony, helps tell the story of the company, manages its marketing and social media, and helps shape the way RRVE connects with the people it serves. Shiloh, Ryan’s first daughter, is the Office Manager for RRVE. She helps keep the day-to-day operations of the company organized and running smoothly.
Different generations, different strengths, different perspectives, one family working toward the same goal to build something that lasts.

We've Had Difficult Seasons Too
One of the reasons RRVE cares so deeply about the people behind a property is because our family understands what it feels like to go through difficult seasons. We've experienced foreclosure, financial hardship and the fear and uncertainty that can come with not knowing what happens next. We've experienced what it feels like to wonder where you're going to turn and whether there is a way forward. Those experiences changed the way we look at real estate.
When someone contacts RRVE because they're struggling with a property, we don't want to see them as a lead. We want to see the person because behind every property is a story.
It might be a family home that has been in someone's family for generations. It might be a property that has become too difficult to maintain. It might be a house that needs more repairs than the owner can take on. It might be a property sitting vacant because life took someone in a different direction. Sometimes, it may be a homeowner facing foreclosure or another difficult financial situation. Whatever the circumstances, we believe people deserve to be treated with honesty, dignity, compassion, and respect.
That's a big part of why we do what we do.
We Believe in Restoration
At RRVE, we buy and restore properties that have the potential for a new beginning.
To us, restoration means more than repairing drywall, replacing flooring, updating a kitchen, or giving an old house a fresh coat of paint. We believe in restoration not just of properties, but of possibilities.
A property that once felt like a burden can become a home again. A neglected house can become a place where another family makes memories. A difficult property situation can become an opportunity to move forward. A challenging season doesn't have to define the rest of someone's story.
That's the perspective we bring to our work.

Building Something That Lasts
RRVE is still growing, and we know there is a lot ahead of us. We're building a real estate business. We're growing our construction services. We're restoring properties. We're creating opportunities. We're also building something much more personal, we're building a legacy.
We want our children and grandchildren to be able to look back and see more than a collection of houses, projects, and business accomplishments. We want them to see a family that worked together. A family that served others. A family that worked hard when things were difficult. A family that treated people with respect. A family that believed in second chances, new beginnings, and the possibility of restoration. Most importantly, a family that tried to build something that reflected the values it believed in.
Faith. Family. Service. Solutions.
Those four words are at the heart of RRVE.
Faith reminds us that we're part of something bigger than ourselves.
Family reminds us who we're building this for.
Service reminds us that what we do should benefit more than just our business.
Solutions remind us that a difficult situation doesn't always have to be the end of the story.
Sometimes people come to us knowing exactly what they need, sometimes they don't. That's okay. You don't need to know what the solution is. That's where we come in. Our job is to listen, understand, and see if there is a path forward.

This Is Only the Beginning
RRVE is more than a name on a sign. It's a family. It's a story. It's a commitment to building something meaningful. It's a vision for what can happen when you combine hard work, experience, faith, and a genuine desire to serve others.
We're excited to share that journey with you; the properties we restore, the projects we build, the lessons we learn, and the people who make RRVE what it is. At the end of the day, we're not just building a business. We're building a legacy.
Welcome to RRVE.
